Ghost Golf’s is a brand in its infancy but has an impressive trajectory. Birthed during the pandemic, it entered the marketing as golf was on its unprecedented upswing. The CEO approached me with a clear objective: fix poor performance in the ad account and double revenue the next year. My role was to assemble the team and design a focused product strategy that created white space in a very crowded market. From day one, Ghost Golf was losing money on its marketing, but within 60 days we had erased the decline entered Q1 with record momentum. Fast forward to 2023, the brand is on track to not only double but also launch a new category that will secure its spot as a challenger to the legacy golf brands. Together, we have achieved remarkable performance improvement while also preserving the youthful brand that Ghost Golf customers have grown to love. Today, we are leading the evolution of their brand strategy and a rapid expansion into new marketing channels and global destinations.
